Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In case of a partial return, we will only refund the value of the returned item(s).

4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return before a refund is approved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

– Swimwear
– Custom or made-to-order garments
