1. Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Methods and Times

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail using the following services:
– Tracked 24
– Tracked 48

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping option at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method. We offer free delivery on orders over £150.

5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

6. Delays and Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. An order will only be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 14 working days after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
