We sell physical clothing products via our website. We do not offer digital products or customisation/personalisation services.

3. Ordering Process

You do not need an account to place an order. Simply select your product, enter the required shipping information, and complete your payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that our prices do not include VAT.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimated between 1-3 working days, depending on the chosen delivery option. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return items from the date of delivery. We do not cover return shipping costs. The following items are not eligible for return:
– Swimwear
– Made-to-order items
– Items without tags or with visible signs of use
